Set on one of the most prominent stands within Pinnacle Point Golf Estate, the home was designed to frame uninterrupted ocean views while still embracing the surrounding golf course and the northern light filtering in from the side and rear of the property.

The architecture responds directly to the site, opening toward the coastline while carefully balancing privacy, sunlight, and shelter from the coastal winds. Living spaces were positioned to maximise the ever changing sea views, with the golf course becoming part of the daily backdrop rather than simply a neighbouring feature.
