Set in the golf estate of Oubaai, George, South Africa, this home, completed in 2023 by Arte Architects, showcases a modern design with sleek, contemporary lines. The aesthetic is enhanced by LED strip lighting that highlights perforated aluminium screens, while the interiors feature curated imported furniture chosen by the owners.

Designed to function as a single-story home, the main living areas and the primary bedroom occupy the upper level, along with three garages and utility areas. The lower level, integrated into the natural ground level, consists of guest bedrooms, staff quarters, and an extraordinary home theatre. The theatre is features a beautiful Marilyn Monroe mosaic, made from 90,000 individual tiles.

The house leverages advanced green and sustainable technologies, enabling it to operate entirely off-grid, when needed.
