The architectural design minimizes the visual impact of the double-story structure by integrating it into the natural topography. The ground floor is tucked into the site, with the lower level, comprising secondary bedrooms, a bar, and a cozy pajama lounge, disappearing below ground level when viewed from the northerly elevation.

Ascending to the upper level via a grand spiral staircase or discreetly placed hydraulic lift, one is greeted by open-plan living spaces that seem to dissolve into the beautiful backdrop of the golf course and ocean views.

Designed to maximize the panoramic views, the primary volume appears to hover above the lower storey, imparting a sense of height and drama to the living spaces.
