Nestled on a gently sloping terrain within the prestigious Pinnacle Point Estate in Mossel Bay, this contemporary coastal home embodies innovative design. Designed for an experienced structural engineer, our collaboration ignited a creative spark, daring to challenge the norms of conventional architecture and construction methods.

Comprising two distinct volumes, the structure’s upper portion is proudly twisted at an angle above the lower volume, displaying a dynamic flair sought by our client. On the lower level, a blend of living, kitchen, dining, entertainment, and swimming pool areas intertwine, creating an inviting atmosphere for daily living and social gatherings.

Above, the upper level appears to effortlessly float above the floors below, accommodating the bedrooms, luxurious ensuite bathrooms, and study space. Each room is carefully oriented to capture views of the indigenous gorge and the white waters below, ensuring a connection with nature at every turn.
