This impressive contemporary coastal home is currently under construction in Breakwater Bay, George, located along the stunning Garden Route in South Africa.

The objective is to epitomize the elegance of simplicity within intricate architectural design. By carefully putting together details, materials, textures, and lighting, we aimed to craft a multi-sensory experience for the owners and their guests.

This home surpasses expectations, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, inviting the beautiful fynbos landscape and ocean views into the living spaces.

External design elements showcase several striking features, including large, cantilevered slabs, floating mono-pitch roofs with clerestory windows, bold massed shapes, and perforated aluminium screens. The concrete slabs are chamfered, contributing to a sleek and refined edge that enhances the aesthetic of the structure.

Carefully selected internal and external materials contribute to an atmosphere of sleek sophistication, characterized by a palette of neutral tones including soft greys, light timber flooring, and white marble tiles. These textures and bespoke materials add layers of depth and visual appeal to the architectural composition.

The home also integrates sustainable living systems through the utilization of green technology.
