This contemporary coastal home, currently in the construction phase at Pinnacle Point in Mossel Bay, along The Garden Route, embodies a design philosophy based on minimalism while maintaining warmth and comfort.

The extensive cantilevered shapes are softened by gentle curves, eliminating harsh edges and extending the long horizontal lines of the concrete slabs.

Externally, vertical slatted timber accents soften the aesthetic, creating a balance with the surrounding environment. The same timber material is integrated internally, complemented by timber bulkheads enhanced with concealed LED strip lighting, adding comfort and warmth to the interior spaces.
