Functionally designed as a single-story volume, this home featured in various high-end lifestyle magazines, blends primary living areas and master bedroom amenities on one level, connecting to entertainment patios and a beautiful four-sided rimflow pool. Designed with natural stone tiles, the pool creates an illusion of permanent ‘fullness’, perfectly blending with the surrounding floor level.

Placed upon gently sloping terrain, the residence offers breathtaking views of the Oubaai Golf Resort golf course and the Outeniqua mountains to the north. Shielded from prevailing winds and the intense summer sun, the home uses passive energy solutions and solar heat control mechanisms, ensuring comfort and sustainability year-round.

Externally, the material palette boasts dry-pack natural quartz, vertical timber grain off-shutter concrete, perforated aluminium screens, and natural bamboo decking, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tones.
