The inclusion of a hydraulic lift facilitates effortless movement between floors, affording the client independence and accessibility throughout the home. The lift was custom made to the client’s specifications, including sleek, minimalist wall panelling, flooring and led ceiling details.

Given Pinnacle Point’s reputation for formidable winds and unpredictable weather, the blueprint of House TWO2 prioritized an inner courtyard from the outset, designed to serve as a sanctuary for recreation and entertainment.

This strategic design choice mitigates the impact of the elements and creates an inviting atmosphere for family and social gatherings. As the heart of the residence, this protected courtyard stands as a focal point, connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The courtyard features a raised swimming pool and sitting platform, thoughtfully designed for easy access without any hassle for the owner. Steps up to the pool feature concealed lighting, creating a floating effect and adding interest to the sleek aesthetic of the home.

The roof design blends form and function, with a combination of concrete flat and floating mono-pitch roofs. The design adds architectural interest and optimizes natural light and heat within the living and master bedroom spaces, creating a comfortable and inviting environment year-round.

An array of green technologies has been implemented. From solar geysers, battery backup systems, and water harvesting solutions, environmentally conscious features are carefully concealed from view. By incorporating these eco-friendly innovations, the home minimizes its environmental footprint.
