TWO3
TWO3
PINNACLE POINT | MOSSEL BAY | GARDEN ROUTE | SOUTH AFRICA

Designed for a young family with a passion for hosting gatherings, this home has recently been featured in SA Homeowner magazine.
Mindful of Pinnacle Point’s notorious winds and ever-changing weather, House TWO3 was designed with an inner courtyard as its focal point. This area shelters against the elements and creates an inviting space for leisure and socializing, connecting the living, dining, and kitchen rooms, while still capturing views of the ocean beyond.
Elevating the courtyard’s appeal are a raised swimming pool and a gas firepit, accented by concealed lighting that creates a floating effect, enhancing the home’s sleek aesthetic.
The roof design marries style with functionality, incorporating raised sections of concrete flat roofs to create architectural interest while optimizing natural light and heat distribution within the living and master bedroom areas. Also, these elevated portions conceal essential services.
In line with eco-conscious living, an array of green technologies has been integrated, including solar geysers, battery backup systems, and water harvesting solutions. These environmentally friendly features are discreetly integrated, ensuring minimal visual impact while reducing the home’s ecological footprint.
