PINNACLE POINT | MOSSEL BAY | GARDEN ROUTE | SOUTH AFRICA

Positioned on the gently undulating terrain of the Pinnacle Point Estate in Mossel Bay, this modern coastal home is a representation of forward-thinking architecture.
Designed for a couple from Germany, our collaborative effort ignited a creative spark, daring to challenge conventional architectural norms and construction methodologies.
Two distinct volumes define the structure, with the upper level slightly larger than its counterpart below. Positioned close to the 8th green of the golf course, the day spaces and master bedroom are placed on the upper level, ensuring privacy while offering views of the course and the beautiful gorge and cliffs below.
The lower floor level, housing the bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and study area is oriented to maximize views, creating a connection with the surrounding natural landscape.
Embracing sustainable design principles to their fullest extent, the home operates as an environmentally conscious building, functioning off the grid while minimizing its ecological footprint.
This modern coastal home embodies a commitment to harmonizing with nature while pushing the boundaries of architectural innovation.
