This extraordinary home – designed by Arté Architects – was envisioned as a true sanctuary. Nestled between a pristine golf course and the tranquil ocean, the architecture was shaped around the concept of blending the natural surroundings with a sense of effortless luxury and comfort.
According to our client, the upper floor is their favourite space – especially the indoor/outdoor patio. It’s a front-row seat to the beauty of nature: from whales, dolphins and passing ships to roaming bushbuck and golfers on the fairway. “This whole area brings the outdoors in, in the most amazing way,” he says.
It’s always a privilege to create homes that reflect not just design and detail, but the spirit of the landscape around them.
