Characterized by its distinctive design, the house is comprised of two distinct volumes, with the upper level suspended above the lower floor. Design features include expansive glass facades, motorized slatted aluminium screens, and a large floating concrete roof, displaying the refined preferences of its discerning client.

The feel is one of tranquillity and serenity, achieved through an interplay of elements such as natural rock, raw off-shutter concrete, and subtle tones of light grey aluminium accents. This peaceful atmosphere extends to the private internal courtyard, where the swimming pool serves as a focal point, enhancing the overall sense of calm.

Inside, a palette of neutral materials sets the tone, with light timber, matt white marble, and shades of soft grey creating a space of understated elegance.
