Designed on a stand with a very limited footprint, the challenge was to maximise every square metre of the compact building platform without compromising openness, light, or liveability.

A defining feature of the home is the floating concrete roof, carefully designed to create a sense of weightlessness while allowing natural northern light and warmth to filter deep into the interior spaces. The elevated roof plane also strengthens the connection between indoor and outdoor living, giving the home a far more expansive feel than the footprint would suggest.

Motorised aluminium slatted screens were integrated into the design to provide adjustable privacy and sun control when needed, while still maintaining ventilation, filtered light, and views outward. The result is a home that feels precise and efficient without ever feeling constrained.
